Management Team and Key Personnel

The Executive Management team of DCC GROUP PTY LTD consists of professionals involved in  Project /Construction Management, Marketing, Accounting and Web Base Services (SEO), who utilise their wealth of experience in the daily operations of the company.

 

DIRECTOR – WILLIAM RICHARD MATTHEWS

With over 40 years experience in the construction industry William (Bill) has had exposure to most industry civil engineering facets. Using his Civil Engineering and Project Management qualifications Bill has worked in various senior positions from design through to construction management, working with Engineering Consultants, Property Developers and Construction Companies both within Australia and Internationally. In the last 22 years  working as Project /Construction Manager / Team Leader on various International Development Aid (IDA) Projects in Asia mainly sponsored by Unilateral Donor Agencies.

His specialization with “hands on” attitude in small and large Projects large property and commercial construction in most sectors has allowed him to be instrumental in the development and implementation of major commercial projects and corporate works and has involved him in high level negotiations for construction packages both Australia and Overseas.

Bill’s personal qualities and his natural ability to analyse situations factually, minimising potential issues and maximising potential opportunities coupled with his upto date computer skills and familiarity with most software utilised in associated areas allows him to provide clients with practical and effective solutions with upto date advice.

 

CONSULTANT – WALTER FRYMML

Walter is a professional accountant and has had extensive involvement in all facets of an accounting practice including taxation, auditing, financial and management accounting gained through his 26 years of experience in his field.

His accounting background began with the Australian Taxation Office prior to entering public practice and involvement with small to large firms. He has also owned and operated several small businesses successfully in Australia and in Hong Kong for several years , he has been invited on the board of various companies as Director and Secretary.

Walter’s professional qualifications include his membership as an Associate of the Australian Society of CPA’s and is a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia, Registered Tax Agent a member of the Hong Kong Society of Accountants

Walter will be responsible for the accounting and compliance functions within the corporate structure.

Working in conjunction with Henning Nielsen from Denmark using  Accounting Features in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.  ERP Solution helped our  business quickly analyze relevant and important information for better financial decision making. Microsoft Dynamics NAV also helped DCC  manage a broad range of other business areas according to our designed particular sector needs.

CONSULTANT – MARK BISHOP

As a a major partner for DCC GROUP PTY LTD, Mark Bishop has 25 years of practical experience in the financial, small business, real estate and credit management fields. Mark began his career with AGC Ltd. And when he resigned in 1990 to set up his own business, he was NSW Zone Credit Manager for Business Finance. Mark spent some time in real estate before accepting an appointment as team leader, credit, for the NSW operation of APN newspapers Pty Ltd.

 

CONSULTANT – JAMES BARRY WILLIAMS

Originally a surveyor from the University of Queensland, also studied accountancy and filled that position for several years in Manufacturing, Banking Finance and Mining. As Company Secretary/Financial Controller for Sir Leslie Thiess in the first large scale open cut coal mine in Australia , he was responsible for all finance, accounting and administration. He took part in all Government and contract negotiations, feasibilities and sales.

After leaving the mining industry he took a large real estate company public negotiating finance, underwriter brokers etc. With the backing of a major Japanese company he developed and constructed several mall type shopping centers and engaged in other large real estate activities.

Recently in a General Manager’s role in a large private company made application for and negotiated the Townsville Casino and arranged the acquisition of a building and development company with diverse interests both here and in New Guinea. Also he supervised land development cattle properties and charter airline. In joint ventures with various Companies purchased a large civil engineering company, won from the Government a major coal deposit, and constructed high-rise units.

Recently he spent some time in China as agent in power station negotiations and in investigation of road and building projects using new age products.

Currently working on development projects in South East Queensland.
